This works out great! My dad is the business manager of a union, which you knew. That union HAPPENS to be Pipefitters, Steamfitters, AND PLUMBERS! Henry would fit in perfect. Although dad is retiring in Sept., and he did many many years as a Steamfitter. I'd stick with MIT :)
