I should point out that this lunch was requested by our 4 year old. Kids are strange and wonderful creatures.

I was a little speechless, too. Don't get me wrong, Hen loves his vegetables. But specifically asking for a vegetable lunch. I thought that was awesome. I was just glad to have so many on hand.
