Hen: Ouch.
Me: Are you okay?
Hen: I have a bellyache.
Me: You do?
Hen: Yeah, and I didn't have too much candy. <pauses and then continues, incredulously> How can I have a bellyache when I didn't eat too much candy?
I am pretty sure he's thinking, Lady, just give me piles of candy and let me at 'em, I've already got the bellyache.
Seems perfectly logical to me. Erin always is telling me how she's not a "candy girl" but can she have another piece of candy anyway? Gotta love how they try!
