Julia Child, take 6 - Haricots Verts à la Provençale
I really didn't think this recipe would be anything noteworthy. It is, after all, just green beans. But it was surprisingly tasty. We added ham, per Julia's suggestion, and made it our whole meal. The best thing was Henry loved it! The fresh beans at the store weren't looking so great so I went with frozen. I imagine this dish would be even better in the summer when both beans and tomatoes are in season. Yum!
