That's going to leave a mark

Whilst enjoying a vibrant game of Ring Around the Rosy at Avery's house today, Henry dropped to his knees, like the ash he was, at the same time that Avery was bringing her head up (she was already a fallen ash) and the skull-meets-skull smack that reverberated through the room as a result of the contact was enough to make both Megan and myself cringe as we jumped into motherly action to care for the injured toddlers.* Ouch. And, yes, that's going to leave a mark.

*The kids rebounded quickly and are fine but, DANG, that was quite the hit to the old noggin'.
