Book forty-eight: Local Girls by Alice Hoffman

I enjoy Hoffman's books. This was a quick and easy read. Perfect to move me along to my new goal - 52 books this year. With any luck, I'll have to make a third goal when I blow past this one. Anyway, the book was good if not a bit depressing. Drugs, divorce, suicide, teen pregnancy, cancer - how much bad crap can take place in one neighborhood?
