We need a new bed. The above photos are beds I'm considering that range in price from around $400 to $4500. It seems like we are far too old and established in adulthood to buy a $400 IKEA bed frame and far too reasonable in our middle income-hood to buy the $4500 DWR bed frame. Sigh.

It is funny you posted this the same day Tim Sullivan posted this:

I love IKEA. I'd steer clear of the last bed frame - we had one similar and the corner on the foot will cause severely damaged shins.
I second Ashleigh's comment. We have permanent bruises on our shins from a bed with a pointy corner like that. Ouch!
We needed a new bed earlier last year and I wasn't too happy to realize that all we could get was IKEA.... The good news is that we LOVE our new IKEA bed. Seriously. The only con is that it was a pain to assemble - it took 3 guys an entire afternoon. Otherwise it's comfortable, especially the angled headboard and the storage is a great thing too, now that we don't have an official closet in our bedroom. We got the Oppdal bed+headboard.
This would be a better and more useful post if you labeled where each bed is from.
