Can't wait to see Bean

Yep, it's true. As much as I complain about needing time away from the little one, when it comes down to it after just a few days I'm missing him like crazy. I heard he had a hard time with the babysitter tonight - she watched the kids so the menfolk could go to the Timbers game - and my heart actually hurt for the little guy. I imagine it is rough on him when there is a big upheaval, like mama being gone on vacation, and while that certainly does not excuse the behavior it does make me question if we sometimes expect too much of him. As of now, I can only hope the flight tomorrow goes as smoothly as possible.
