Cookie exchange 2012

Today was our fourth annual cookie exchange. Most of the folks participating, myself included, went the gluten-free route. Heck, I didn't even make cookies. (This puzzled Darr as it is a cookie exchange.) The haul included caramel corn, lemon GF cookies, rosemary and orange shortbread, GF peanut butter cookies with Hershey's kisses, chocolate Ritz and peanut butter sandwiches, chocolate covered pretzels and ginger (?) cookies, fridge pumpkin spice bars (this is not the official name but rather the description), GF biscotti* with pink frosting and GF oat balls with chocolate chips. My co-host also made this stuff called...um...puppy chow(?) made out of Rice Chex, peanut butter, butter, melted chocolate and confectioners' sugar. I don't know if I'm allowed to have a favorite but I really, really like those peanut butter and Ritz crackers covered in chocolate. Best of all, Darren hates chocolate and peanut butter together so I only have to fight Hen for 'em.
