The Baudelaire orphans are back, and so is their crazy Count Olaf along with his scheming cohorts and intricate plans to grab their fortune. The Quagmire triplets are still missing but Violet, Klaus, and Sunny are determined to rescue them. Of course, nothing goes right for them. Instead, they are met with a series of unfortunate events.
Yes, these books are formulaic. But we're both still enjoying them so I'm going to keep reading them to Hen, who laughed uproariously when the journalist's article mistakenly refers to Count Olaf as Count Omar. That was one good laugh.
