When Liza sees her brother in the morning she knows something is wrong. She knows the Spindlers have taken him. And she also knows it is up to her to save him. So she goes, deliberately, Below. With lumer-lumpens and nocturni, she must travel far and be careful who she trusts.
It is a delightful look into another world. A quick and enjoyable read and one that brings this year of book reading to a close.
