Hen got a package from his Montana grandma this morning!
The pattern is from
Charmed Knits: Projects for Fans of Harry Potter and is like the sweaters Mrs. Weasley makes for her kids and Harry. It was made with
Madelinetosh yarn and is so super soft! At first he resisted putting it on so I could take a pic - he's not feeling well - but once he had it on, he asked if he could keep it on. My mom whipped this out in a week or thereabouts.

I was totally wrong, the yarn isn't Madlinetosh it's Malabrigo. But still super soft!
malabrigo is cool. You know Mimi's sweater with the deep blackberry purple and lighter purplish grey, in alternating stripes? The grey is madelinetosh DK and the blackberry purple is Malabrigo rios.
