Book thirteen: The Time Between by Karen White

I finished this a couple weeks ago and cannot for the life of me remember what it was about. So, I'm guessing it wasn't that memorable of a book. I do recall writing down one quote I found interesting. Should I run across that piece of paper, I'll update this post.
