Tonight's recipe is chickpeas simmered in tomato paste, garlic, cumin, and spinach over toasted bread rubbed with garlic. Darr is eating so many of these beans now we should buy stock.
Just listened to last weeks America's Test Kitchen podcast and the one bean they recommend to buy in cans is.... garbanzo. My favorite. Oh well. Maybe huge batches in the crock pot?
