If all goes well and we can book the dates, my friend, Ann, and Henry and I will be leaving for Utah to go here and here at the end of July. It's a vacation, baby! More details to follow.
That is awesome... I stumbled across this blog with some amazing photos from a trip to Southern Utah. I think some of them were taking at these same places:
At first I was like, "who goes to Utah?" But then I clicked. Wow. Looks like I'll be adding that to my list of places to visit. Awesome. Can't wait to see pics.
We were originally looking at Colorado but the place we wanted was snatched up by someone else. So, yeah, I was thinking the same thing when my friend suggested Utah. That, and I was thinking, "Aren't there a lot of Mormons there?" Not that I have anything against 'em but don't they not drink? And when I'm on vacation don't I like to drink? My friend showed me some shots of areas around there we could visit and quickly convinced me there would be great picture-taking opportunities. I will be bringing the good camera on this trip.
