Salted Roast Turkey with Herbs and Shallot-Dijon Gravy

Um. I just threw up a little in my mouth.

NEVER should you mention turkey and gravy with dijon. Mustard gravy? Yuck.

Is it just me or is the epicurious website even more cluttered and annoying than normal? Their popup ads are getting out of hand.
