Book twenty-five: Men and Dogs by Katie Crouch

Had I bought this book in paperback I would be sharing it with at least one friend right now. But, since this book was purchased for the iPad, I won't be able to do that, which is one of my many arguments for why the "book" I'm buying should be cheaper than an actual paper book. My anger at having to pay full price for a book I cannot share that I know I could most likely get cheaper at either Amazon, Costco, or Powell's aside, it was an entertaining read. And on vacation that is what I look for. The main character loses her father at a young age and is so destroyed by his departure she is still spiraling out of control twenty years later. A return home to the south causes further havoc, but with a fine Southern gentility that is refreshingly humorous. (Those silly Southerners!) 25 down, 1 to go.
