The heat has sucked all of our will to leave the house and go to the grocery store to buy foods to create a well-balanced meal for our son, so tonight Huck will be eating the following: breakfast sausage, nectarines, raspberries, cantaloupe, peas, pretzels, peanuts and scones. Darr says, "Fresh scones, not store bought." I guess I should also point out that Hen and I picked the raspberries earlier this week. On the list for things to accomplish tomorrow: grocery shopping.

That sounds way more balanced than some of the toddler means eaten in these parts. Mealtime has been Bad lately. With a capital B.
seriously. your bad meal puts my good meal to shame. You've got more than three colors on the plate. That's some real balance right there!
Nothin wrong with that meal! Sounds like a perfect summer picnic dinner.
That's a lot of fruit for a 'bad' meal. I need to go to the store too, mainly so I can put some fruit in the meal plan.
