Hen: "I'd like one of these beers. Mama, get me wine like papa. I'm gonna get one of these like you and after lunch and after bed time when it gets dark and fireflies get there. May I check Ellie? I 'tect Ellie from scary dinosaurs and monsters. And I say, "Ellie, I'll save you." Dinosaurs roar for him. They go "ROAR!" Mama, I'll get Ellie her fish. I want yogurt. I'll get my milk mom. I'll be right back."

That's awesome, I love those rambling toddler conversations. Actually, Cayden still talks like that when he gets out of school or a class. It's like the floodgates burst open when he's had to be quiet for a while.
It was all very random. I caught more of it - I was sitting there typing it as he talked - but the longer he went the harder it was to follow because he was pointing out specific things in the room and commenting on them.
We are having similar experiences over here. Last night, D and I were laying in Avery's room as she pretended that 1. she was putting us to bed, 2. she was talking to Friend Elise, and 3. we needed to have our hair detangled. It was completely random and a level of chatter that was near constant.
I'm glad you posted this. Everyone posts cute toddler conversations (I am no different) but sometimes the stuff Elise says, I'm so perplexed. I thought it was just her (not really, but you know what I mean.) I have considered blogging the convos but they're so scattered that I couldn't possibly reproduce them unless (like you) I was typing at the time.
