Portland Classical Chinese Garden
This morning we met other moms and tots at the Chinese Garden downtown for some photography fun. Dark shadows and bright light make for lots of camera adjustments and some super fast shutter speeds. I learned that yet ANOTHER mom bought an awesomely great wonderfully fantastic brand-spanking new camera so our camera is officially the oldest camera ever used by a mother on the planet since it came into existence. Or somewhere close in age to that. When we left the gardens, we hit the waterfront for some water fun before heading home. Summer is awesome and Portland is a great frickin' city. Of course there were pictures...

Gorgeous pictures as always. I especially love the lily pad shots.
thanks for the token shot of my kid who was late and refused to pose in any manner whatsoever.
damn that memory card.
Damn, so much pressure. I have yet to download my pictures and now I'm not sure I want to. No matter what, I won't like them as much as yours. For being the oldest camera on the planet, its owner still manages to get great shots from it.
so sorry I missed it! I WILL upload my Bishop's close photos to Flikr, and can't wait for the next outing!!
did you know the daily shoot today says to take a picture of a plant? I think you've got that covered.
