Sunday barbecue, part eleven

I would say our first ever Sunday barbecue was a rousing success! Unfortunately, many of our Sunday brunch participants were unable to attend the barbecue, hosted by the Gorsegnors, but that didn't stop us from having one fantastic meal! The weather was awesome, the backyard had big old bubbles, and the food was top notch, if I do say so myself. On the menu was peach barbecue chicken, a mint and pea potato salad, penne with smoked salmon and shiitake mushrooms, corn on the cob, and for dessert, one apple pie (made by Penny) served with vanilla ice cream. Yummy! Of course there were pictures...
