P-Day!

It was Powell's, pies, pumpkins and pictures today. Joined by the Wagners plus and the Smiths we were quite the crowd. Hen got toppled by some random passerby next to the pie cart. The lady felt awful and I know she didn't mean it but it must have really hurt Bug because he cried for a long time and he normally doesn't. After all the pie and ice cream was consumed, we headed out to The Flower Farmer in Canby. Why Canby, you ask? Because not only do they have pumpkins, you get to them by riding a train. A pumpkin train. I would say the best moment out there came when Hen got his frisbee stuck in a tree. Amber asked Cayden to get it down - it was far too high and out of reach to climb to, so he started tossing up his shoe to dislodge it. And in a matter of mere seconds, all kids were throwing one of their shoes in the air. (The older kids aiming at the Frisbee, the younger ones tossing 'em wherever.) Of course, there were pictures...
