Photography fun: The Nikon D700, day three

The weather sucks because it's been so cold I can't stand outside longer than three seconds and that isn't enough time to see what this camera can do outdoors. Darn it. Yesterday we headed over to Brother Nick's house so the two kids could play together. Since I recently finished sewing a Dora the Explorer apron for Mia I figured a photo opportunity was in the works and luckily I remembered to grab Hen's Spiderman apron on the way out the door. All this to say that, yes, there were pictures, and, yes, the kids were wearing them, and I'm quite happy with 'em - the kids, the aprons, and the photos. (I typically have problems with getting the color right when we're there so this was a most unexpected surprise.) I'm only putting a few up on the blog, though, because there are too many to post.
