But he that dares not grasp the thorn should never crave the rose

Following are the edited pics from my evening shoot at the Portland Rose Garden. I started to notice that random flowers had "dew" on them but it was, well, far too early in the evening for that and it wasn't every rose nor was there any visible collection of water in the surrounding dirt. My guess is that there was another photographer out there taking pics spraying flowers he/she was shooting. It became a sort of game to try and find those flowers so I could photograph them, too.

That dew is very "dewy". I think your hypothesis is correct.

hey, just a passer by, but i couldnt leave without saying i love these pictures of the roses... so beautiful.
