Crafts: Halloween trick-or-treat bag
My first lined bag! With squared corners! Someone's ready for trick-or-treating! I like exclamation points! !!!!!!!!! The Halloween fabrics were on sale at Jo-Ann Fabrics the last time I went there so I got the ghosts and dots thinking I could make a trick-or treat bag for Hen. I knew I wanted it to be lined but that's about the only thing I had in mind when I made the purchase. Thankfully, I found this pattern for the bag and this handy how-to on squaring corners. I had to change the dimensions and for some reason I kept having issues with my bobbin but it all came together in the end. Hen's requests were for the handles to be made with both fabrics and for the bag to hold candy. Done and done, little man.

Super cute
This is awesome. Now I'm thinking I might have to do the same for Avery with leftover Halloween fabric.
