Transfer photos from laptop/computer to iPod/iPhone/iPad

Open iPhoto and create a new folder (click plus sign at bottom left)
Move photos you want to transfer to your device into the folder
Open iTunes and click on your device
Select Photos option on right side of screen
Check Sync Photos from iPhoto
Check Selected albums, Events, and Faces, and automatically include no Events
Check album you created in iPhoto
Click Apply
Wait until sync is complete and disconnect
