This is my second Christopher Moore book and it does not disappoint. The dead can talk to each other, and take great pleasure in watching people being frisky on the headstones of the graveyard. There's a pilot that contracts with local law enforcement to look for meth labs who has a pet fruit bat. And there's an angel who walks into the town to fulfill the Christmas wish of a little boy, but he's a rather stupid angel so what happens is rather unfortunate for the townsfolk of Pine Cove.
