Hmmm...since part of his job duties include ensuring fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans and he seemed intent on only going after and prosecuting those who stood on the opposite side of his boss and friend Dubya, I stick by my assessment of his sucking. But pernicious is also a good word to use.

I dunno, "sucks" just sort of sounds "clueless." This guy was knowledgeable and just out & out pernicious.
