Ronald Dworkin on neutrality:
"Are we committed as a society to a "thoroughly secular government...A religious nation that tolerates nonbelief? Or a secular nation that tolerates religion?"
It's late and here's what I'm reading because I can't sleep in the hopes that it'll put me to sleep. I can't get enough of this Buono case.
