If Darr doesn't get home quick, Hen and I are going to eat all of these baked sweet potato fries. Yum.
*I made one of the recipes from the comments section using only sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and baking 'em at 400° for approximately 40 minutes, bumping the temperature to 450° for the last five to ten minutes of baking.

Those are my favorite. We just do oil, and salt and sometimes cajun seasoning . . . a house favorite for sure . . . and so easy!
