I would share your enthusiasm if I achieved this. Alas, I just end up balling mine up and calling it good because it's just not worth it. However, my hat is off to you, good woman!
I'm pretty sure at one point Darr found me a YouTube video of Martha Stewart showing how to fold those things correctly and that's why I know how to do it. My preferred method beforehand was the balling technique you employ.
It's the little victories, really. For awhile I just took to stuffing all the correct sheets for one set in one of the pillowcases. No folding, no tearing through the entire linen closet to look for both matching pillowcases. I call it organized laziness.

gotta love those Hausfrau Moments. I think about this goal every time I fold sheets.
