To be extraordinary (aka I have been schooled)

Me: Would you like a Kit Kat in your lunch?

Henry: Yeah. I was going to ask that.

Me: Oh yeah? Great minds think alike.

Henry: But great minds...um...great minds shouldn't think alike because they are great. They should think different.

Y'all have snatched up a smart one there. Good logic, and, assuming your quote with the "um..." was accurate, a display of deference before provoking dissonance.

Now if only you could steer him away from that horrid Apple habit of not correctly using the adverb, "differently," you'll get a scholarly smart person!
